To listen to your favorite radio stations you have to modify the live_streams.sii file located in the main game catalog with saved games (Documents >Euro Truck Simulator 2). To open it use a simple editor, e.g. notepad. The file has to be modified according to the following scheme:
↳ Bosnian - not finished; ↳ Catalan - not finished; ↳ Chinese (Taiwan) - not finished; ↳ Dutch (Belgium) - not finished; ↳ Galician - not finished; ↳ Georgian - not finished; ↳ Korean - not finished; ↳ Latvian - not finished; ↳ Norwegian Nynorsk - not finished; ↳ Spanish (Latin America and the Caribbean) - not finished

Maybe other forum members can give other suggestions but can you try to find if, possibly, you have other key assigned for opening the console? Go to ~Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles/your profile folder and open the controls.sii file with Notepad.
